Welcome to Dugout Turf. By booking and using our turf and facilities, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking & Payment

  1. All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorized partners.
  2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
  3. Payments can be made via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or other available methods.
  4. Booking is valid only for the date and time mentioned in the confirmation.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
  2. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.
  3. In case of bad weather or unforeseen turf unavailability, Dugout Turf reserves the right to reschedule your booking or provide a refund.

3. Turf Usage Rules

  1. Only non-marking sports shoes are allowed on the turf.
  2. Food, chewing gum, alcohol, glass bottles, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the turf area.
  3. Players must bring their own equipment unless otherwise provided.
  4. Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone found violating the rules.
  5. Any intentional damage to the turf or facilities will result in a penalty or recovery charges.

4. Code of Conduct

  1. Respect fellow players, referees, and staff at all times.
  2. Abusive language, fighting, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated.
  3. Dugout Turf is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or stolen on the premises.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

  1. All players participate at their own risk. Dugout Turf will not be held liable for injuries sustained during games or practice sessions.
  2. First-aid facilities may be provided, but players are responsible for their personal medical needs.
  3. Management is not liable for accidents caused due to negligence of players.

6. Changes & Amendments

  1. Dugout Turf reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  2. Updated Terms will be available on our website, and continued usage of the facility implies acceptance of the updated terms.
