At Dugout Turf, we aim to provide the best booking experience for our customers. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the rules regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of turf bookings.


1. Cancellations by Customers

  1. 24 Hours Before Booking – If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking, you are eligible for a 100% refund or free rescheduling.
  2. Within 24 Hours of Booking Time – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will be non-refundable.
  3. No Show – If you fail to show up at your booking time without prior notice, the booking will be marked as used, and no refund will be provided.

2. Cancellations by Dugout Turf

  1. In rare cases (bad weather, turf maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances), Dugout Turf reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your booking.
  2. Customers will be offered either:
    • A full refund, OR
    • An option to reschedule the booking at no extra cost.

3. Refund Process

  1. Refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days of cancellation approval.
  2. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.).
  3. In case of delays from banks or payment gateways, Dugout Turf is not liable once the refund has been processed from our end.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  1. Customers can request to reschedule their booking at least 12 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
  2. Only one free reschedule is allowed per booking. Further changes may attract additional charges.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Violation of turf rules leading to cancellation of your booking by management.

Cancellation within 24 hours of booking time.

No-show without notice.
